Minutes of last committee meeting held 28^th Oct 2025: Accepted as true record.

2026 AGM:

- Agreed to set date as Tuesday 10th March at 7pm before start of practice.

- 2 weeks notification required

- Mark will arrange Gulf News add

- Reports required = President s, Music Director s, Treasurer s.

2026 Mid-year Concert:

- Agreed to set date as Sunday 31st May at 2pm at St Peter s.

- Agreed no Rocky Bay concert.

- Adrienne to book and organise access to St Peter s via Christine Slone.

General Business:

- None

Treasures Report: Noted that Mark had earlier sent financial report for CY25 out by email. As noted in last minutes, apparent loss was due to payments made in Jan25 that were actually 2024 year s costs, so CY25 itself actually made a small profit.
