Rocky Bay Friday 23th June 7pm entry from 6.30pm set up at 6pm

Catholic Church 25^th June 2pm entry from 1pm. Church is open after 11am

Maya to ask Saskia to please make amendments in the next week - Add prize and refreshments served after the concert and

Make the dates and times larger for the Gulf News.

30 A4 posters and some 4 x A4 posters Colour – Maya sends pdf or jpeg file to Joan who has offered to print them

¼ page ad in Gulf News based on the poster - Mark

Facebook ads in various pages - Dee and Andy

A4 posters for Choir members to distribute and 4 up A4s for letterboxes

One or two A3 posters printed by Niki at Copy Espresso – Maya to check numbers with Dee

Cost for the concerts

$20 and $15 concession
