Waiheke Choral Society Minutes 8/11/22

Present: Mark, Gavin, Anne, Maya, Saskia

Meeting opened: 20:33

The concert is on the 11^th of December at 2pm. We are able to have a rehearsal in the church on the 6^th.

Mark will send out the What’s On and an article to the Gulf News.

Saskia will post the poster and advertise on the community facebook pages.

Anne will send out a choral list to the choir

Gavin will see if we can borrow a projector form the Local Board and Anne will put together a slide show.

We will print posters at copy expresso, and Gavin has offered to print out programs.

The concert uniform will be plain black pants/skirt with a plain brightly colored top, and a plain black folder.

We will have an afternoon tea after the concert.

The 17^th of December is the Christmas Party. Saskia will send out an email to the choir, also letting them know to bring a $10 Secret Santa gift and a presentation piece(if they wish). Saskia to include a call for a volunteer to make a ham in the email.
