Minutes of Waiheke Choral Society

Held: 25 May 2021, Whittaker’s Musical Museum 21:00

Sounds of Music Singalong: This is on 18^th June – announce next week at choir

Concert:

Richard is not available for the planned weekend of 19/20^th June

A new date was set of 3^rd and 4^th July 2021

This gives us more time to practise and prepare.

Richard has confirmed

1. Harriett is available to sing the Alto solos

2. William Green is available to play the piano

Richard to:

1. Confirm Soprano Soloist

2. Ask Iain Tetley if he would be available to sing a solo, dedicated to Christine Hoffman

3. Organise pianist for extra practises

Caroline will not be available for our last practices, but Richard will organise for William Green to attend.

Concerts will be at 3:00 pm

• Sunday - Morra Hall

Tickets

Adults $20

Concessions $15 (Students and Gold Card)

We will serve a cup of tea and a biscuit after both concerts

Concert to be called “It’s Glorious”

Hopefully we can get the names of the soloists in time to add them to the poster
