Minutes of Waiheke Choral Society 14 May 2020

General Business
Big wave to everyone since long time no see 😊
Confirm that we will carry on with the previous planned concerts, but at end of year, and decide concert dates and arrange booking of halls
Yes, basically we will carry on with the proposed concert maybe with some additions. Richard is not likely to go overseas this year but is planning a domestic trip in late October /November
The likely weekends for the concert are therefore October 10/11 and 17/18
This will be decided once we can start practicing and then halls will be booked
That will leave us a few practises before a Carols in the Church in December.

When do we want to re-start practices?
Must wait until level one at least, depending on regulations.
AGM: when?
Currently the restriction is no more than 10 people to meet in known groups. So, we will have the AGM as soon as regulations allow.
