3. Manukau Orchestra – Iain Tetley says that this orchestra charges to perform

Dates for Mozart Concert – St Peters

• Saturday December 1 at 7:30 and

• Sunday December 2 at 2:30

Carmina Burana

• Phil has talked to Kathy Ogletree and she is keen to work with us to perform the dance for Carmina Burana

• There was some discussion around how the joint venture would work and how any profits would be distributed

• The general opinion was that profits would be split between the Waiheke Choral Society and Kaleidoscope

• Philip and Richard to organise an informal meeting with Kathy to work on a Memorandum on Understanding as a first step to avoid any confusion later.

• We want this to be the Waiheke Choral Society’s big 20^th anniversary event
