AGM will be held before rehearsals next Tuesday 6 March at 7PM.

Mikado:

• Mark to look for 5 copies of The Mikado (Dover Thrift Edition, 1992)

• Mikado casting:

  • Alan Knight will direct

  • Nanki-poo:

    • Tim McMains can’t do it

    • Ask Alan Knight or Phil Ziegler

  • Schoolgirls:

    • Sarah McNabb has promised to talk to her students (Dee to follow up)

    • Ask Sister Shout sopranos too

• Maya to contact Elizabeth about what she can do backstage

• Mikado production meeting immediately after AGM

• Performances:

  • Selwyn Village Saturday 26 May

  • Press dress rehearsal Sunday 27 May

  • Open at Rocky Bay Hall Friday 1 June (confirmed)

  • Saturday 2 June also at Rocky Bay Hall (tentative)

  • Weekend of 8-9 June at Onetangi and/or Palm Beach and/or MORRA

  • Weekend of 15-16 June at Artworks

• We should think about how to set ticket prices

• Mark to draw up a budget for the show

Auditor:

• Even a simple review has cost us $431 this year

• By comparison, a full audit cost $180 in 2007

• Mark to ask Harrop & Hargrave whether there is a cheaper alternative
