WAIHEKE CHORAL SOCIETY INC.

Minutes of meeting held Tuesday 19^th Oct. 2010 at Whittakers.

The meeting commenced at 7.15pm

Present: Andy, Maya, Janet, Dee, Richard, Mark and Marion

Apologies: Jeanne, Lyn and Seth

Mozart: Richard announced that other than soprano, soloists are arranged, and the accompanist is free to perform mid week in November.

It was decided to ask the choir members who would be available on Friday 19^th or Friday 26^th November.

When this was done later, it was decided to perform the Mozart on Friday 26^th November at 6.00pm at St Peter’s Church, Waiheke.

Choir members to be responsible for inviting the audience.

Richard will notify the churches.

Janet will arrange for “What’s On “in Gulf News and Market Place to have the information.

Janet will design a poster/flyer to be sent out for individuals to print and display.

Christmas:

Carols by Candlelight …Sat 11^th Dec.

Christmas party…Tues 14^th Dec 6.00pm Onetangi Hall

BYO tipple,

…a plate of Christmas fare,

…a gift up to value of $5 for the stocking,

And a number for entertainment.

Meeting closed at 7. 30pm
