Minutes of Committee meeting held at Whittakers.
Tues. 17th Nov. 2009.
Meeting opened at 6.30pm.
Present: Philip, Jeanne, Marion, Judy, Mark, Dee Andy, Maya, Seth and Richard.
Apologies: Janet
Minutes of meeting held on 3rd Nov. were taken as read, and accepted.
Matters arising: Correction. The amount of $3,965.92 paid for the rights to Forum was $5,000NZ.
Correspondence: no correspondence.
Accounts: Market Place ad $11.25

Friday 11th to be kept available for rehearsal as Grey Lynn performance is not yet definite.
Sat 12 and Sun 13 at 2.00pm at St Peters confirmed.
Accompaniment:Richard confirmed that there will be a small musical ensemble. Marion to arrange 6 ferry tickets each day for musicians.
We may need to pay a stipend.
Dee to arrange with Whittakers to borrow 6 firm chairs for the string players.
Posters:Sheena Ablett has submitted the posters.
Moved that she be paid $70.

Poster no 1 with donation wording to be used.
Adverts Half page adverts to go in Gulf News 3rd and 10th Dec. Mark will do this.
Donations: Donation box is underway.
Programme: Dee has almost collated a register of all the names of singers together with an indication of which contributing choir they usually sing with.
Richard will organise the programme.
Seating: We are a larger choir than usual, and visibility will need help.
3 full risers and 3 half risers to be borrowed from Artworks, Andy to transport them to St Peters.
Measurements to be checked beforehand, to make sure they will fit.
Someone to attend the rehearsal on Sunday with a tape measure.
Richard to speak with Vino Vino’s re a get together after the Sunday performance.
A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum:
Auditions to be held at Artworks, 1.00 to 4.00pm Sat 28th Nov.
Richard has a list of those with scripts.
Richard to open the theatre.
Dee to arrange access to the kitchen.
Collect tea things from Whittakers.
